Monarch Officer was British Royal Navy officer serving aboard Monarch under Captain Toms. He has been killed by the crew of the Silent Mary, when Monarch entered the Devil's Triangle.[1]

Dead Men Tell No Tales (2017)[]
On Monarch, on the main deck, the officer strictly watches Henry Turner as the latter argues with Captain Toms and Officer Cole. When Henry attempts to change the ship's course by force, the officer runs after him up onto the quarterdeck. The officer grabs and prevents Henry from taking a wheel, yet the latter tosses him to the ground and punches him. As Captain Toms orders to lock up Henry, the officer carries Henry away.
In the darkness of the Devil's Triangle, as Capitán Armando Salazar and his undead crew boards the Monarch, the officer screams, ready to raise his sword against the cursed soldier.
